The previously traditional coal-fired boiler of the enterprise had problems such as low thermal efficiency, excessive pollutant emissions, and large temperature fluctuations, which not only affected product qualification rates but also faced rectification pressure from local environmental policies. They selected Sitong boiler's independently developed YY(Q)W series natural gas-fired thermal oil boiler as their new core heating equipment after multiple rounds of investigation to respond to the Indonesian government's "Green Industry" development plan and improve production efficiency. Sitong boiler provided them a customized solution for the humid climate and all-weather continuous operation conditions in Indonesia. So a 2400kw of YY(Q)W series natural gas fired thermal oil heater emerged.
 


This YY(Q)W-2400Y(Q) series natural gas fired boiler is equipped with an advanced low nitrogen combustion engine, which can significantly reduce nitrogen oxide emissions compared to the old coal fired boiler.It can fully comply with the control standards of the Indonesian Ministry of Environment for industrial enterprises to help the enterprise obtain green production subsidies. This thermal oil heater can provide a stable high temperature of over 350 ℃ under normal pressure liquid phase circulation, which is crucial for the distillation and polymerization reaction of rosin. The unique coil design of Sitong boiler ensures even heating, effectively preventing coking of the heat transfer oil and ensuring stability for up to 24 hours of uninterrupted operation. The core processes of rosin processing like resin dissolution, continuous distillation, rosin modification all require stable and uniform high-temperature heat sources (180-220 ℃). Sitong boiler's YY (Q) W-2400Y (Q) series gas fired thermal oil boiler utilizes a closed-loop system to deliver high-temperature heat transfer oil to various process reactors and heaters so that it can achieve precise heat transfer.
