Coal/biomass fired hot air furnace is a kind of energy saving heating equipment with simple structure, the heating principle is heat transfer. The temperature offered by the hot air furnace could reach about 300℃, has excellent drying effect. Hot air furnace could measure and display the temperature automatic, convenient for operation.


Air and flue gas flow separately for heat exchanging. Both of air and flue gas flow two passes, heat transfer area is large, high heat transfer rate, and save energy. In order to improve thermal efficiency, Sitong boiler adopts the multiple head helical groove plate heat exchanging technology and turbulent flow principle, decrease the thickness of laminar flow, to make the air and flow gas exchange heat constantly and revolve during flowing, thus, greatly strengthened the heat transfer efficiency.


Structure

The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of coal/biomass fired hot air furnace is integrated.  It uses the structure of full steel plate multi-layer sleeve, the consumption chamber is under the furnace center, the upper and around are annular heat exchanger, the furnace is two-pass structure, both air and flue gas flow two pass separately for heat exchanging.

The coal/biomass fired hot air furnace is consisted of grate, refractory brick, baffle board, hot air furnace body, flue as duct and air inlet pipes, dust catcher, chimney, induced draft fan (including adjusting valve), blower fan (including adjusting valve) and dedicated temperature measuring instrument, etc.
Application
As the flue gas and air flow separately for heat exchanging, the heated air is clean. So, hot air furnace is widely used for drying the goods that not allowed to be polluted, such as milk powder, medicine, and synthetic resin, etc.
The coal/biomass fired hot air furnace are widely used for:

Operation Process

The coal burned in the furnace, the high temperature flue gas flow into gas channels, and exchange heat with air outside the channel, and then the flue gas flow through flue gas duct, and finally discharged into the atmosphere through chimney.
The cold air is blew into the shell of the stove by blower, and then enter the external air channel through furnace roof, after heat exchanging, the clean hot air is supplied to where needed through the air outlet tube.
High Quality Assurance

1) There is a professional design engineer team, before manufacturing, every boiler design drawing have to be approved by boiler and pressure vessel experts of CSBTS ( State Bureau of Quality Technical Supervision ), and then the boiler could be produced only if qualified.
2) To ensure the raw materials quality, all the steel plates are special-used for boiler with the Inspection Certificates. The raw material materials are inspected when entering factory, and only the qualified material could be put in storage and used for production.
3) To ensure the welding quality, there a professional welding team, including more than 30 senior welders. The welding materials are stored under constant temperature and humidity, to ensure the welding material quality.
4) The welding quality will be further examined during boiler manufacturing, by using x-ray detection, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic test, or penetration test, etc.
5) To ensure the boiler quality, the leakproofness and strength of pressure parts will be tested. The hydrostatic test is done to make sure there are no water drop or water mist leakage appear on steal wall or welding joint, no water leakage appear at the place of expansion, and no obvious residual deformation and abnormal situation.
6) To ensure no problems before boiler delivery, all the raw materials and boilers are supervised and inspected by the experts of Inspection Institution for Boiler and Pressure Vessel. There are international uality certificates of ISO 9001 and CE, we can also offer the inspection report of SGS, BV, etc., Quality Certificates, Energy audit report, and Energy Efficiency Test Report, etc.
