DZL coal biomass steam boiler
DZL series fast loading chain grate biomass boiler is single drum, longitudinal type, chain grate boiler, suitable for burning molding biomass fuel, or only fire coal or mixed coal and biomass. The front and back arches are supported by the water tube forming permanent arch. It burns various kinds of coal, good adaptbality to the inferior coal.
Introduction:
DZL series fast loading chain grate biomass boiler is single drum longitudinal type chain grate boiler. The boiler can burn coal and the mixture of coal and molding boimass. It has a economizer in the tail. It is equiped with blower and induced draft fan to ventilate and screw slag extractor. It is high efficient, energy-saving, environmental friendly. Mechanical ventilation with drum induced draft fan, and is equipped with spiral mechanical slag, controling and monitoring instrument. The boiler is safe and reliable.
Fuel: Biomass pellet, biomass molding fuel, bitumite,mixture of bitumite and biomass
Requirements of fuel: separated coal containing less clastic is better, coal less than 3 mm should less than 30%. Molding boimass moisture ≤15%, density: 800~1100㎏／m 3, bulk demension: 32×32×（30~80）mm,rod demension:φ30×（30~80）mm.
Application:
Burn biomass molding fuel , coal or mixed coal and biomass molding fuel to provide heat, or generate power.
