A dairy company located in Cebu, Philippines, which is committed to producing organic, antibiotic free high-quality milk but also produces nearly 200 varieties of milk powder, liquid milk, beverages, bean products, rice and wheat products. However, the preheating, sterilization, cooling and other processes of fresh milk processing in the dairy industry need a lot of steam. The company invested in the construction of large dairy production based in Cebu and ordered a set of 25 ton SZL series coal fired chain grate steam boiler from Sitong boiler for steam production and daily heat supply of the project.

The business of Sitong boiler has penetrated into all walks of life. In order to improve the applicability to coal, Sitong boiler has designed adiabatic furnace, water-cooled furnace, adiabatic arch, water-cooled arch and other structures, and then selected different furnace structures according to the calorific value, volatile matter, coking characteristic index and so on of different burning coals, which are applicable to the use requirements of different coals. Sitong boiler is one of the few domestic enterprises with A-class boiler manufacturing license. According to the different coal quality and tonnage burned by the dairy processing plant, Sitong boiler has reasonably set up independent air silos to ensure the full burning of coal.

The SZL series coal fired chain grate steam boiler of Sitong boiler gonna be used in the project.The layer combustion mode and scientific furnace arch design of this steam boiler are adopted, which can be applied to a wide range of coals. In addition, this boiler adopts advanced control system, and the operation automation of fuel supply, ash discharge and slag discharge is very high-efficient, which can greatly improve the production efficiency of our customer.
