Sitong boiler of this project is a large-scale wig manufacturing factory located in Casablanca, Morocco, specializing in the full process production of human hair, synthetic wig cleaning, shaping, and drying. The original heat source of the enterprise used electric heating drying channels, which had 3 major pain points:
1. The local industrial electricity price continues to rise, and the electricity cost for the drying process accounts for 32% of the production cost, putting enormous pressure on profitability.
2. The temperature control of the electric heating fluctuates by ± 8 ℃, causing uneven drying of the wig hair, resulting in stiff hair, color difference, and split ends. The qualified rate of the finished product is only 87%.
3. There is no recycling channel for a large amount of discarded fruit shells from olive workshops and walnut processing plants around the factory area, resulting in additional expenses for solid waste treatment.
The enterprise ultimately chose
Sitong boiler's ZWRF-4200SCII series indirect heat exchange biomass fired hot air stove to burn olive pomace and walnut shell waste on site, providing continuous clean and constant temperature hot air for the wig production line after comparing gas stoves, oil stoves, and biomass hot air stoves from multiple sources. The wig shaping and drying process requires a stable demand for clean hot air at 140-180 ℃. The total heat load of the four continuous drying channels in the workshop of this enterprise is 3800kW, with a 10% load redundancy reserved. Therefore,
Sitong boiler matched it with a 4200kW model.

This device has strong fuel compatibility and can directly burn local olive pomace and walnut shells without pre-treatment, solving the problem of local agricultural and forestry solid waste. It can also achieve mixed burning of various agricultural and forestry biomass wastes such as olive pomace, walnut shells, sawdust, etc. The output temperature of this ZWRF-4200SCII series hot air stove is continuously adjustable between 120-260 ℃, and the temperature control accuracy can be strictly controlled within ± 1 ℃. The heat exchange form of the boiler is to completely isolate the flue gas from the fresh air for indirect heat exchange. The hot air has the characteristics of being dust-free and free of impurities, and is suitable for the precision drying process of wigs. The comprehensive thermal efficiency of this hot blast stove is ≥ 88%. The chain grate can achieve fully automatic feeding, secondary air supply to enhance combustion, and high humidity olive residue can also be fully burned off. It is equipped with fully automatic feeding bin, variable frequency drum induced draft fan, PLC intelligent constant temperature control cabinet, multi tube cyclone dust removal, automatic slag discharge machine and other equipment. The operation mode adopts 24-hour unmanned operation, with functions such as automatic ignition, constant temperature and voltage regulation, fault alarm, and automatic dust cleaning. This hot air stove can perfectly match the abundant biomass resources of olive pomace and walnut shells in the North African Mediterranean region. In response to the core demand for clean and constant temperature hot air in the wig industry for precision drying, relying on the mature indirect heat exchange chain exhaust hot air stove technology of four-way boilers, it achieves the triple value of cost reduction and efficiency improvement, solid waste resource utilization, and low-carbon environmental protection.
