Sitong boiler can run at low pressure (0.8 MPa) and achieve a working temperature of up to 350 ° C, which is essentially safer than high-pressure steam boilers. Vertical design can minimize footprint to the greatest extent possible - a key advantage for factories with limited boiler room space. The technical team of
Sitong boiler simultaneously optimizes its flue gas flow, which can effectively improve heat transfer efficiency. The active grate system supports flexible fuel supply and can burn various biomass fuels such as coal, wood, sugarcane bagasse, straw, rice husk, etc. In this project, the main fuel source is the wood waste generated daily by the plywood factory, including sawdust, scraps, and bark. The system adopts the principle of forced circulation: after the heat transfer oil is heated in the furnace, it is transported to the production equipment (hot press, dryer) by the circulation pump, releases heat energy, and returns to the furnace for reheating, forming a closed-loop cycle. The system reliably provides heat transfer oil at 240 ° C-260 ° C to the hot pressing process, which consumes approximately 90% of the total heat energy generated in plywood production.
