This cooperation reached with Sitong boiler is a large edible oil processing plant in Russia mainly engages in the pressing, refining, and packaging production of vegetable oils such as sunflower seed oil and soybean oil, with an annual processing capacity of 80000 tons of raw materials. Due to the unstable natural gas supply and extremely low winter temperatures in the local area, the original boiler equipment of the enterprise has problems such as unstable steam output, low thermal efficiency, and non compliant environmental emissions, which seriously restrict the continuity of the refining process and the improvement of product quality. The plant requires a heating system with stable steam supply, strong fuel adaptability, and low operating costs for key processes such as oil refining, deodorization, and drying. After multiple rounds of investigation and comparison, they ultimately chose Sitong boiler as the supplier of core thermal equipment for its production line. Sitong boiler's design team customized a DZL series coal fired steam boiler with an output of 4 tons and a pressure of 1.25 MPa after fully understanding the customer's needs. The boiler adopts a single drum chain grate structure, with sufficient combustion and easy maintenance, making it particularly suitable for burning Class II bituminous coal produced locally in Russia.
 


In response to the long and extremely cold winter weather in Russia, Sitong boiler has specially designed the insulation of the boiler body and the configuration of auxiliary equipment to ensure safe start-up and stable operation of the equipment in low-temperature environments. The processing of edible oil requires extremely high steam saturation and cleanliness, and the production load fluctuates greatly. This series DZL4-1.25-AII series coal fired boiler adopts a horizontal water fire tube structure with a thermal efficiency of over 80%. It can provide saturated steam at 194 ℃ that can perfectly meet the refining process requirements. The designed fuel for this boiler model is Class II bituminous coal with a grate area of 4.94 square meters and sufficient combustion. Despite fluctuations in local coal calorific value in Russia, the rated output can still be maintained. The boiler adopts a quick installation structure, which reduces the installation time and construction difficulty on site in high-altitude areas. This DZL4-1.25-AII series coal fired chain grate steam boiler produces pure steam that directly or indirectly contacts edible oil. Its stable heat source output ensures thorough deodorization and deacidification processes, helping the factory produce finished oil that meets EU import standards.
