With the surge in global demand for healthy snacks in recent years, the factory decided to expand its production scale and replace its aging, low-thermal-efficiency coal-fired boiler to meet stricter environmental regulations and higher product quality requirements .In the production process of this factory, saturated steam is an indispensable energy carrier.For example, in the drying process, stable steam needs to be passed through a heat exchanger to generate hot air for removing moisture from fruit slices. In the sterilization and disinfection process, high-temperature steam is used for on-site cleaning of production line equipment and pipelines. In the sugar soaking or heating shaping process, steam is required to maintain a specific temperature. This dried fruit factory ultimately selected the LSS2-1.0-Y(Q) once-through flow steam boiler fueled by LPG, supplied by Sitong boiler after multiple rounds of technical comparisons and site visits. This choice was primarily based on the technical advantages for this model.
