Recently, Sitong boiler customized 2 sets of WNS10-1.25-Y (Q) series steam boilers for a well-known denim manufacturing plant in Bangladesh. All performance indicators met the design standards and won high recognition from customers for their efficient and stable operation performance after 15 days of full load trial operation. The customer even decided to purchase the third WNS10-1.25-Y (Q) boiler with the same parameters on the spot to meet their water washing process expansion needs. This denim manufacturing plant is a leading textile export enterprise in Bangladesh, and its core production process - denim washing process requires extremely high steam stability, temperature control accuracy, and fuel flexibility. Considering the local energy supply characteristics, Sitong boiler customized a dual fuel configuration of "heavy oil+natural gas" for customers: one boiler is adapted to heavy oil fuel to meet the low-cost heating needs of basic production loads. The other one uses natural gas fuel, which responds to environmental production requirements. It can also be switched to use when natural gas supply is sufficient, achieving a balance between energy costs and environmental benefits .

The technical service team of Sitong boiler provided on-site guidance throughout the entire process during the test running. Our sales managers Mrs. Lisa & Mrs. Yoyo also visited the site to closely cooperate with the customer's operation and maintenance personnel, completing multiple key processes such as fuel switching testing, load regulation testing, and safety system verification. Test data shows that 2 of the boilers have been running continuously for 15 days without any faults or shutdowns with a steam output stability rate of 99.8%, exhaust gas temperature below 150 ℃, and nitrogen oxide emissions controlled below 30mg/m ³, which all fully comply with the latest environmental standards in Bangladesh.
