Henan Sitong boiler Co., Ltd. underwent a comprehensive and rigorous review and evaluation of the installation permit for A-level boilers on February 7-8, 2026. The evaluation expert group was formed by Henan Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Technology Research Institute on behalf of the Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, with Deputy Chief Engineer Zhang Haitian as the team leader. The group conducted a thorough and rigorous examination and evaluation of the various conditions for obtaining the installation permit for the Sitong boiler's A-level boilers. Eventually, we successfully passed the evaluation and obtained the market access qualification in the field of high-end boiler installation.
 


This evaluation is strictly conducted in accordance with the relevant technical regulations and standards for boiler installation, renovation, and repair in China. The evaluation process takes into account both data review and on-site verification, comprehensively testing the company's installation service capabilities. At the review meeting, the company leader provided a detailed report on the company's development overview, the effectiveness of establishing and implementing the quality assurance system, the completion of trial installation projects, and other preparatory work for the review. At the same time, specific explanations were given on the allocation of responsible personnel for technical and management positions, as well as the preparation of hardware resources such as construction equipment and work sites, allowing the review team to have a systematic understanding of the company's overall preparatory work.


 
In addition to data review, the expert review team goes deep into the Sitong boiler's installation site to conduct on-site inspections of the configuration and operation of hardware facilities such as process equipment and professional testing equipment. At the same time, we carefully reviewed the complete set of materials such as the quality assurance manual, operation guidance documents, and boiler installation records, and conducted individual verifications around core aspects such as the qualifications of technical personnel and the construction control of the entire boiler installation process. At the final review meeting, the expert group highly recognized the preparation work for the certification of the four-way boiler, unanimously agreeing that the company's resource conditions are fully equipped. The quality assurance system is sound and standardized, and the product installation control process is rigorous, which fully meet the basic conditions of the A-level boiler installation permit.
