A bioenergy company in Russia was founded in 2016. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, promotion and utilization of biomass energy technology, as well as the collection, crushing, and production and sales of briquetting of agricultural straw. Recently, the company has invested in the construction of a biomass bamboo fiber project, purchasing several production equipment for the project, including Sitong boiler's 2 sets of 6 tons gas fired steam boilers, and the customer has decided to use natural gas as boiler fuel. Steam is a very important production factor in the processing of bamboo fibers. The raw materials of bamboo and wood for rough processing require steam heating to soften and twist, and then undergo secondary steam softening before entering the rough grinding and fine grinding processes to produce product fibers. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the introduced steam is sufficient and of high quality during the production process.


The technical team of Sitong boiler design provides 2 sets of WNS series natural gas fired steam boilers with a capacity of 6 tons/hour for the customer. The structure of the WNS series steam boiler has been optimized. The combustion chamber adopts a large furnace design, with sufficient steam storage space and heating surface combined with ultra-low nitrogen burners, which can ensure full combustion of fuel and effectively suppress the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source, saving energy and reducing emissions for enterprises, and meeting local environmental protection policy requirements. The key to improving the core competitiveness of products is to reasonably control production costs because of the small profit margin of the bamboo pulp. Sitong boiler has also added an air preheater in addition to being equipped with energy-saving and condenser. The principle of an air preheater is that air is heated by high-temperature flue gas and enters the furnace to improve the combustion environment and strengthen radiation heat transfer inside the furnace. The flue gas temperature of Sitong boiler's steam boiler has been reduced from around 180 ℃ to 60 ℃ after the multiple heat exchange, and the boiler thermal efficiency has been increased to over 98%, saving fuel by about 10%, which can further improve the overall energy utilization rate.
